WORK OPPORTUNITIES

CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR:

Communications and PR Interns

    Home-based internship, flexible, part-time.
    Location: Global, your home city, any country and any city
    Duration: 6 months
    Nature: Unpaid
    Start: July 2014

    Duties include but are not limited to:
    Contribution to our blog, newsletter, publications, announcements;
    Management of social media accounts;
    Plan and lead CIME's projects;
    Attending media ethics events, depending on opportunities that arise during the period of your internship;
    Assist the organisation of CIME's events, in particular the 4th IMED in 19 September 2014;
    Organise a Masterclass in a nearby city;
    other tasks as come up.

    Academic credit may be possible and a good learning experience with a young, dynamic team is guaranteed.

    Qualifications:
    Professionalism;
    Good writing skills in English, other languages welcome;
    Strong organizational and communication skills;
    Excellent presentation and negotiation skills;
    Self-confident and convincing;
    Able to work in a geographically dispersed team via the internet and also alone;
    Must have own computer with internet connection.

    This is an online home-based internship with flexible part-time hours, duration 6 months extendible. Expected time worked: 20 hrs/month. This is an unpaid position.

CIME's work continues to create impact in media ethics in journalism communities throughout the world - these days we are carrying out projects with a record range of different countries! Therefore, our workload has been multiplied and we are looking for media expert with special interest and expertise at media ethics to help your consulting work. Internships

CIME welcomes applications year-round for talented interns who are passionate about media ethics. We welcome applications from any disciplines; however because of our specialization in media ethics, this would most likely interest someone from the fields of media studies, journalism, media/broadcast law, or other related fields.

Please note that our positions are unpaid and home-based, you would be working from home with a flexible part-time schedule. Applicants must speak English fluently and own a computer with internet connection.
